Funny thing happened after I upgraded to WP 3.1. I suddenly could not find the 'revisions' box when editing a post. Later I missed other boxes for author name and custom fields. After several Google searches, forum lookup and emails to friends I found the very simple solution.
This screencast is very short but so helpful if you lost any boxes such as:
- Excerpts
- Trackbacks
- Custom Fields
- Discussion
- Slug
- Author
- Revisions
I know you're used to selecting some of those options on individual posts, overriding global settings. Hopefully like me, you'll now remember the Screen Options menu!
